Cash on DeliveryThe cash on delivery service is available for an additional charge of €3, regardless of the order amount. This charge is charged directly by the courier company.

• Within Greece: Delivery is usually made within 1–3 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the region.

International ShipmentsOur products can be shipped worldwide, after bank deposit.
The cost of shipping is determined depending on the weight and destination of the package. Before completing the bank deposit, the customer will be contacted to inform him of the exact shipping cost.
The order will be shipped after confirmation of the deposit of the total amount of the order, including shipping costs.
Greece Product Exchange
The consumer reserves the right to exchange the product for another size, color or another product, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the package from you, provided that it meets the necessary conditions. The cost for the exchange is 3€.
Product Exchange Conditions:

• The product must not have been used.
  
• The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days.
  
• It must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
  
• During periods of discounts, offers or special prices, changes are made at current prices.
  

In the event that you need to use the right to exchange, you must contact us by phone at 27210 29379 or via e-mail, within the time limit that has been set.
After contacting us, the package is sent to us by ELTA Courier with recipient's charge. After receiving the product and if it is found that it is in excellent condition, without damage or signs of use, we will proceed to send the new product for replacement.
The cost of sending the exchange is 3€.
Greece Return of Products
Return Conditions:

• The return must be made within ten (10) calendar days.
  
• The returned products must be in the condition in which they were sent by www.fckalamataeshop.gr and received by the customer, complete and undamaged.
  
• Their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without the labels having been removed) and with all the shipping documents (e.g. Retail Receipt, etc.).
  
• A product that was sold as a promotional package with an additional gift or any other offer must be returned together with the additional gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  
• After contacting us regarding the return, place the products you wish to return in their original packaging.
  
• In order for the products to arrive in good condition, you must definitely pack them properly in any bag.
  

Our company guarantees a refund for any reason, for product purchases made with cash, debit card or bank deposit.
The refund process will be completed no later than ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of the products and provided that they are in excellent condition. The deposit of the money is made by depositing it into your account.

ATTENTION!Before any return, you must first have contacted us via e-mail or telephone, in order to record the movement in our files, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
In the event of a defective product, you must inform us with a photo of the defective product in order to approve the change or refund and to proceed with the process completely free of charge, for your own service.

If the product meets the conditions, a refund will be made to the customer's bank account, which will only concern the value of the returned products. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
